Job Title: Protestant Contemporary Worship Gospel Service Musician Location: Luke AFB, AZ • All required resources and supplies must be coordinated through the CWGS Music Director • Conduct oneself in a professional and business-like manner • Be neatly dressed and well-groomed. Education & Qualifications: • Shall have at least five years’ experience playing the piano/keyboard. These competencies shall be affirmed in the applicant's resume • Possess two years of experience as an accompanist in a church setting • Must be able to operate in a diverse worship environment and maintain healthy, functional interpersonal relationships with co-workers, chapel staff, and parishioners • Possess a high level of technical playing ability and demonstrate sight-reading ability by successfully passing an audition • Must be familiar with contemporary and gospel worship styles and possess the ability to blend them into a harmonious worship experience • A letter of recommendation from an ordained clergyperson attesting to the applicant’s musical ability/experience and character is required as part of the application package • Provide two additional letters of recommendation attesting to the applicant's moral and ethical character consistent with the Christian faith to honor the sensibilities of the worshiping community
