Qualifications • Proficient in music composition, arrangement, and performance • Skilled in rehearsing and recording music • Experience in collaborating with other artists and team members • Ability to participate in live performances and events • Strong knowledge of music theory and practice • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in a variety of musical genres is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Music, Performing Arts, or related field is preferred
