As a Worship Team Member of Compass Church, I will agree to support the Mission of Compass Church by following the Worship Team Rehearsal and Service Leading Guidelines detailed in that document. In addition, I commit to upholding these Worship Team Member Expectations: Serve with a pastoring heart - Not only are we worshiping God as we play/sing, but we are doing so to help others do the same. Be prepared to play music assigned at rehearsal. If not using your own equipment, let the Music Director and Worship Leader know what your equipment needs are before the scheduled rehearsal.
