Our wage range is a realistic representation of the overall earnings opportunity when joining the Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain team, which includes prominent banners such as Star Buds, LivWell, and EveryDay Weed.

What the role is about:As a Budtender, you play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service, offering in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring a positive and educational shopping experience for our valued customers. Your enthusiasm for cannabis products, dedication to compliance, and commitment to creating a welcoming environment contribute to our mission of promoting responsible and informed consumption.

What impact you'll make:Customer Service and Product Expertise (50%)Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers, attentively listening to their unique preferences and requirementsOffer expert insights and personalized product recommendations tailored to individual preferences and usage scenariosEducate customers about the advantages, potential effects, and safe consumption methods of diverse cannabis products, ensuring they make informed choicesStore Operations and Compliance (30%)Uphold the appeal of our store environment, keeping it neat and visually enticing, and maintaining well-organized product displaysStay updated on industry trends, the latest product releases, and ever-evolving regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customersEfficiently manage cash transactions and utilize our point-of-sale system for streamlined sales processingDemonstrate unwavering adherence to all company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with state and local regulationsCommunication and Team Collaboration (20%)Collaborate seamlessly with your fellow team members to cultivate a positive, customer-centric work atmosphereProvide valuable support to the Management Team in various store activities and operations, including customer assistance, checkouts, and cash handlingEmbrace other duties as assigned by the Management Team to ensure a cohesive and efficient team dynamicPlease note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities. What you've accomplished:High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be at least 21 years of agePrevious experience in a retail or customer service role is preferredKnowledge of cannabis and its products is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculationsReliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethicWorking Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per dayStores are open 7 days a week from 8:00 am - 11:45 pm (varying by location), nights, weekends & holidaysThe schedule will vary depending on the needs of the businessWhy Choose Vireo?Life's too short to work somewhere that doesn't ignite your passion.
