Our Social Adult Day Program is seeking a Musician & Activity Leader to create joyful, interactive experiences for older adults through music, arts, games, and meaningful social activities. • Create a safe and inclusive environment where all participants feel valued and encouraged to express themselves. • Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate schedules and resources for activities. • Assist with planning and hosting special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal gatherings • Help maintain an engaging, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all participants Ideal Candidate: • Musical and creative talent (vocalist, instrumentalist, or both) with performance experience • Energetic, confident group leader who enjoys being in front of a crowd • Experience working with older adults or in group programming preferred • Able to adapt activities to different ability levels with enthusiasm and patience • Creative, team-oriented, and dependable
