Musician and Educator Wanted

Job Duties • Teach applied piano, group piano classes, and theory and musicianship courses as assigned. Required Qualifications A Master of Music degree in Piano Performance, Piano Pedagogy, Commerical Music, Jazz Studies, or equivalent is required. The ability to teach Music Theory and Aural Skills courses, Keyboard Improvisation techniques, and Group Piano classes is necessary. You must also have the ability to perform in a variety of music styles, including but not limited to classical music, popular and rock music styles including improvisation, and jazz or blues. Extensive solo, symphonic, and/or chamber music performance experience and 3 years of university-level teaching experience in applied and class piano, theory and musicianship is preferred.
