Responsibilities include creative use of music arts to support weekly worship gatherings, church ministry events, and creative events outside of the church to engage culture with music. This includes planning, design, and production of weekly adult worship gatherings, oversight, and support of other ministry areas such as children, youth and prayer, in the use of the arts. PURPOSE OF POSITION: To lead the worship arts mission with excellence through leading the body in worship through song. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team of paid staff and volunteers in the development of infrastructure to support the use of the arts in all areas of the church. • Plan, design, and produce weekly adult worship gatherings with both spiritual sensitivity and excellence.
