Love, support and encourage fellow worship team members.Serve with a pastoring heart - Not only are we worshiping God as we play/sing, but we are doing so to help others do the same. Arrive on-time and fully prepared to rehearse, at least 15 minutes before rehearsal time is scheduled to start.Have instruments ready for service. If not using your own equipment, let the Music Director and Worship Leader know what your equipment needs are before the scheduled rehearsal.
