Central Lutheran Church is a welcoming, inclusive ELCA congregation located in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle. Responsibilities: • Provide organ and/or piano music for 30 liturgies a year primarily Sunday morning, but also occasional seasonal liturgies including during Advent, Lent, Holy Week • Includes: accompaniment for congregational singing, liturgical elements, pre and postludes and, from time to time, special music offered by congregants • Experience playing in a liturgical setting (Lutheran or similar tradition preferred). Please be aware that we will require a video of your providing organ and piano accompaniment before offering an interview. It is also helpful if you provide a short introduction to yourself and why you're interested in providing music accompaniment at Central.
