Responsibilities include preparing for sessions, improvising during jam sessions, and possibly performing at local events. Qualifications • Proficiency in playing keyboard, drums, bass, guitar or any other instrument, vocals is a plus • Ability to improvise and collaborate with other musicians • Experience in music composition and arrangement • Understanding of music theory • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Flexibility in scheduling and availability for sessions and performances • Previous experience in a band or musical group is a plus • Passion for music and creativity
