The accompanist main role is to work with the Choir Director to lead the congregation in praise of God by helping them to sing the various parts of the Mass, hymns and chant. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated to organize and practice music for the Mass and to arrive up to 1 hour before Mass to practice with the cantor and choir. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
