As a Worship Team Member Of Compass Church, I Will Agree To Support The Mission Of Compass Church By Following The Worship Team Rehearsal And Service Leading Guidelines Detailed In That Document. • Be prepared to play music assigned at rehearsal. Arrive on-time and fully prepared to rehearse, at least 15 minutes before rehearsal time is scheduled to start. If not using your own equipment, let the Music Director and Worship Leader know what your equipment needs are before the scheduled rehearsal. • Be willing to take constructive feedback and make changes to music.
