• Serve with a pastoring heart - Not only are we worshiping God as we play/sing, but we are doing so to help others do the same. • Be prepared to play music assigned at rehearsal. Arrive on-time and fully prepared to rehearse, at least 15 minutes before rehearsal time is scheduled to start. If not using your own equipment, let the Music Director and Worship Leader know what your equipment needs are before the scheduled rehearsal. • Be willing to take constructive feedback and make changes to music.
