Mac-Haydn Theatre (Chatham, NY) is seeking a qualified and experienced Music Supervisor for the upcoming 2026 summer season. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all musical elements of the 6 Mainstage Productions and Showstoppers, including but not limited to: Rehearse and prepare the productions to performance readiness. Provide general leadership and advocacy for the Mac-Haydn Theatre, acting as a representative of the company when required. Skills Required Leadership skills and ability to work with a team Experienced music director and piano-conductor Experience working with vocalists and leading cast rehearsals Experience playing choreography and blocking rehearsals Experience leading a band, working with musicians, and creating reductions Experience with programming and performing using MainStage Compensation And Expectations Reports To: Artistic Director Compensation In Season: $800.00/wk plus $100 Travel Stipend.
