About the Role: The Budtender greets and welcomes patients, helps patients with product selections, adheres to policies and procedures, and ensures a wonderful patient experience. Advises patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. Educates patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis product. Takes inventory of cannabis products and ensures that the sales floor is adequately stocked. Performs other duties as assigned.
