The employee shall be a minister of the Gospel and Catholic Teaching both academically and behaviorally while at work and in his/her personal life, "...Live in a manner worthy of the call you have received." Essential Duties and Responsibilities of this Ministerial Position: • Perform as a lay minister in support of the parish's spiritual and pastoral mission. • Attend rehearsals as scheduled by the Director. • Be well-versed in the liturgy of the Church and the propriety of the duties including an understanding of the rubrics of the Church.
