Partner with the pastoral team to foster an atmosphere receptive to the Holy Spirit, ministering to the emotional and spiritual needs of the congregation. Lead by example in both congregational singing and prayer, encouraging participation and a heart posture of praise. Accompany vocalists, instrumentalists, and special musical presentations, flowing seamlessly in transitions during the service. Demonstrate the ability to flow spontaneously, improvising or extending songs based on the spiritual direction of the service. Alignment with the church's core theology is a must.
