We are seeking talented musicians (student or volunteer) for an upcoming MFA thesis production of Sweeney Todd at Columbia University School of the Arts. Director: Miles Sternfeld (www.milessternfeld.com) We are seeking the following players: • Reed doubler (English horn, oboe) • Bassoon • Violin • Viola • French horn Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older • Strong sight-reading abilities • Theatre and/or orchestral performance experience preferred but not required • Availability for all rehearsals and performances Rehearsal Schedule: • Sunday 2/9 5:30-11pm (Band Rehearsal) • Monday 2/10 5:30-11 (Band Rehearsal) • Thursday 2/13 6-11 (Sitzprobe) • Sunday 2/16 5:30-11 (Seating/Tech) • Tuesday 2/18 6-11 (Dress) • Wednesday 2/19 6-11 (Dress)
