Successful candidates are responsible individuals quick to learn and have enough facility with their instruments to blend with the other bandmates and are able take the reins when the time comes in the music to stand and shine in the spotlight. Additional Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate on song section orchestration and compositional collaboration is a plus.
