Qualifications • Proficiency in music performance, specifically in playing instruments and leading congregational singing • Experience in vocal direction, choir leadership, and coordinating rehearsals • Skills in music arrangement, song selection, and creating worshipful musical experiences • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, staff, and community members • Passion for fostering an inclusive and affirming environment for diverse participants • Prior experience in a faith-based or church setting preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills
