Company Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Musician at CrossingPoint Christian Church in Pearland, TX. The Musician will be responsible for performing music during services, rehearsals, and special events, as well as collaborating with other musicians and worship leaders. Qualifications • Heart for God • Looking for a church home • Willing to play for the Enjoyment of Worship not the MONEY... • Musical proficiency in playing instruments such as piano, guitar, or bass • Experience in music performance and collaboration with other musicians • Knowledge of music theory and ability to read sheet music • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team and follow direction from worship leaders • Experience in leading musical worship is a plus • Passion for music ministry and serving the church community
