We are specifically seeking an organist and a drummer who demonstrate musical excellence, a heart for worship, and a commitment to serving in ministry. • Demonstrate musical proficiency on assigned instrument(s) • Learn music in advance and arrive prepared for all rehearsals and services. • Follow musical direction from the Worship Leader or Music Director. • Maintain consistent tempo, dynamics, and musical excellence during services. • Accept feedback and direction with humility and professionalism.
