Luminary Hospice is seeking volunteers who sing or play an instrument to share their love of music with a hospice patient. Volunteer musicians meet with patients in a facility or private home and sing, play their instrument or just play recorded music for a period of time. Our interdisciplinary team is comprised of professionals who are genuinely passionate about hospice care. Volunteers help us provide end of life care that far exceeds hospice standards and our patients’ and family’s expectations. Musician volunteers provide their availability to the Luminary Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, schedule time(s) convenient for them, and spend as much time as they choose with a patient.
