Job Responsibilities: • Provide world-class sales support and customer service to all clients through learned skills in order management, product inquiries, cross selling, troubleshooting, company financing options, account status, and marketing promotions. • Manage all facets of the customer experience through all available contact channels - chat, email, inbound and outbound phone calls. • Manage a portfolio of clients who interact with the business via web and phone orders.
