As our Music Gear Sales Consultants, internally known as a Gear Advisor, you will: • Provide world-class sales support and customer service to all clients through learned skills in order management, product inquiries, cross selling, troubleshooting, company financing options, account status, and marketing promotions. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Music industry experience in retail sales or as a musician, some gear/product knowledge is required.
