Education: One God Ministry values all types of education, including in music, arts, and ministry, as well as professional and secular education in diverse fields. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, however spirit-led musical talent and leadership ability are the priorities for these positions. Keyboardist with Vocal Talent: Requires excellent keyboard skills with experience serving in and preferably leading the music ministry or worship arts department of a church or ministry for 3 or more years. Candidates should also have experience directing / leading a band and a praise team, as well as experience with a variety of music styles including contemporary, spiritual and gospel music. Drummer: Requires excellent drummer performance skills with experience serving in and preferably leading the music ministry or worship arts department of a church or ministry for one year or more.
