You'll get experience teaching and the pleasure of nurturing young musicians. Youth Arts Academy volunteers may help by substitute teaching for private instrumental/voice lessons, assisting Rock Band instructors (copying music, coaching musicians, setting up/tearing down, classroom management, performance and recital support), leading a workshop as a master musician/teaching artist, organizing/inventory of equipment, tuning, and repairing or maintaining music instruments and equipment. This process typically takes 2 - 3 hours to complete.
