Job Summary

We are seeking talented and passionate musicians to provide high-quality instrumental music lessons to students of all ages. Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and personalized instrumental music lessons tailored to each student's skill level and learning style
Prepare lesson plans that incorporate technical skills, musical theory, and performance techniques
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and progress
Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of musical instruction
Collaborate with students on performance opportunities, including recitals or community events when appropriate
Stay current with developments in music education and incorporate innovative teaching methods as needed

Qualifications

Proficiency in one or more musical instruments with demonstrated teaching ability
Prior experience conducting music lessons or working with students is preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages
A passion for music education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals
Reliable, professional, and dedicated to providing high-quality instruction
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
