Our team is currently seeking talented Guitarists, Pianists, Drummers, and Bassists to support a growing slate of live performances across the vibrant communities of Miami-Dade and Broward County. From intimate studio sessions and curated restaurant vibes to high-energy events, private parties, and large-scale venues, no two performances are the same—and that’s exactly how we like it.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced instrumentalists (25+) who bring both skill and soul to their craft. If you’re confident in your ability to learn and perform a mix of covers and original material, thrive in dynamic environments, and are open to occasional travel, we’d love to connect. Immediate availability is a plus as we’re ready to bring the right talent on board right away.

Responsibilities
• Ages 25+
• Over 1 year experience with live performance
• Ability to play versatile repritoire including Standards, Jazz, R&B, Disco
• Perform live music on designated instruments such as piano, guitar, drums, or other specified instruments during rehearsals and events
• Collaborate with directors and event organizers to ensure musical arrangements align with production needs
• Prepare and rehearse pieces to deliver polished and energetic performances that captivate audiences
• Adapt to different performance settings, including theater productions, concerts, or community gatherings
• Maintain and care for your instruments to ensure optimal sound quality during performances
• Assist with sound checks and technical setups as needed to ensure smooth execution of each show
• Engage with audiences positively, creating an energetic and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall experience

Requirements
• Proven experience performing live on piano, guitar, drums, or relevant instruments in theatrical or concert settings
• Strong understanding of musical theory and performance techniques specific to your instrument
• Ability to read sheet music and adapt to various musical styles including theater music if applicable
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with directors, fellow musicians, and technical staff
• Flexibility to perform at different times and locations as scheduled
• Knowledge of theater production processes is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Must be committed to maintaining a professional attitude and punctuality at all performances

Pay: $100.00 - $350.00 per day
