Musicians Wanted! Get Paid to Play Your Instruments, Dance & Teach Kids Music (Morning Schedule)

Seeking energetic, charismatic music performers of all instrument types to join our team bringing exciting music enrichment to preschoolers in the Naperville/ Plainfield, and surrounding area. The kids absolutely love our program—and the work is fun, upbeat, and rewarding!

Mr. Music Man Company teaches music and dance to children ages 2–5 in a fun, high-energy class setting. We help children build a foundation in music education and appreciation through movement, instrument exploration, games, and engaging lessons that introduce music notes and basic theory. Charisma, humor, and strong performance skills are key to success in this role.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong punctuality and time management
Ability to follow a structured class model and use provided equipment
Enjoy working with young, high-energy children
Comfortable dancing, entertaining, and leading group activities
Ability to simplify basic music concepts and engage young learners
Access to at least one instrument you can confidently demonstrate
Ability to manage a group classroom setting
Basic proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets
Consistently bring positive energy and charisma to every class
