New Church seeking Pastors and Volunteers

We’re in the beginning stages of growing our team, and would love to talk with you about your interest in joining us. Worship Pastor: The worship pastor will oversee recruiting of the team, as well as team building and team leading for any worship experience of Sego Church Organize and lead practices Will assume pastoral and discipleship care of the worship teams. Preschool Pastor: (Infant - Kindergarten) Recruit a team of volunteers Train volunteers in all aspects of the kids ministry policies and procedures Collaborate with the the team to develop ministry content for kids Lead volunteers in the weekend services and periodic special events Implement children’s registration, classroom management, and security policies/practices in support of weekend services and periodic special events. Children’s Pastor: (Kindergarten - 5th grade) Recruit a team of volunteers Train volunteers in all aspects of the kids ministry policies and procedures Collaborate with the the team to develop ministry content for kids Lead volunteers in the weekend services and periodic special events Implement children’s registration, classroom management, and security policies/practices in support of weekend services and periodic special events. Prepare and input media for services (in coordination with Media Director) Plan lighting design for worship services Set up and install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events and functions.
