The President of Unity Bands provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the organization's mission to support healthcare workers is effectively carried out. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategic goals and objectives. • Ensure that the Board is informed of all critical developments, including program and financial updates, key partnerships, and major organizational decisions. • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that contribute to program development and organizational growth. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within a non-profit or community-based organization.
