BMC is seeking a full-time Office Administrator who will coordinate day-to-day office operations, provide administrative and technology support across departments, and perform transaction entries related to donations, tuition, and box office revenue. The Office Administrator ensures efficient office functions, accurate data entry, and effective communication with staff, patrons, students, and other stakeholders. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or other senior leadership. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patrons, and students.
