As a key member of the Bands Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This position will manage the daily operations of the University Bands office, assist with travel logistics and procurement, and provide general administrative support. • Travel Management: • Assist with travel logistics and procurement for all University Bands division ensembles. • Share information about awardees, including amounts and account information, with BSOM Scholarships Coordinator for processing in the university's scholarships management tool. • Experience maintaining a database.
