Keyboard Player: The candidate must be able to read and create charts, as this position will include being a musical director as well, should have had previous experience playing with live bands and be able to play cover music such as standards (Sinatra, big band), top 40, funk, and R&B; (Motown and contemporary (R&B;, Neo-soul,). Pop- Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Salsa, Meringue (Ciara, Shakira J-Lo hip hop) Male Singer: Should be 1st and 2nd tenor, be able to sing Contemporary R&B;, (Michael Jackson, The Weekend, Usher, Maxwell, Neyo) good Falsetto, very flexible smooth balladeer "We are not able at this time to teach the ropes of the business, as the climate of the business is very fast right now. The reason for the versatility is because we cover all gigs from small clubs to wedding receptions, to corporate functions - we like to work.
