About The Role: We are searching for a driven individual who can help us streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality across all departments. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail. Responsibilities • organization of support (tickets/emails) and approval of albums from priority artists, supervising whether the operational support is being provided correctly and within the deadline and in compliance with the rules of digital music platforms and ONErpm • communication with digital music platforms and other company departments to resolve issues regarding content deliveries and status, as well as access, corrections, and profile checks of signed accounts • provide technical support, guiding and training users in the use of software offered by the company • consult about ONErpm services, support artists with signed accounts regarding access and exploitation of the account • comply with the internal regulations, safety standards, and procedures inherent to the area, as well as observe compliance requirements and compliance with regulations relating to the company • develop other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of your immediate superior, as long as you are qualified and are under your knowledge and experience
