Orchestral Luthier

You’ll work in an in-store repair environment that values craftsmanship, consistency, and service, while contributing directly to the musical success of our community. Perform setup, maintenance, and repair work on orchestral string instruments Document all work and customer contact using our software Provide accurate and timely repair estimates and appraisals to customers Support ongoing partnerships with area schools and music directors, including occasional visits to the schools Continually learn and apply best practices for repair techniques and shop safety Replenish repair parts and supplies as needed Store Luthiers work in a retail musical instrument store with a dynamic and customer-focused atmosphere.
