Orchestral String Luthier | Instrument Technician Are you passionate about stringed instruments and the craftsmanship that brings music to life? We are seeking an experienced Luthier or Instrument Technician to join our restoration and production team. In this full-time, hands-on role, you will inspect, repair, and set up orchestral string instruments to ensure they meet our high standards for craftsmanship and sound quality. Qualifications • Experience in orchestral string instrument setup, repair, or luthiery • Familiarity with luthiery techniques and proficient use of hand tools • Strong attention to detail and a deep commitment to craftsmanship • Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive handwork safely and efficiently • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain at a bench for extended periods • High school diploma or equivalent required • Completion of luthiery school or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
