Paid Positions $40-$50/hr + Volunteer Opportunities

ONE ACCORD MUSIC MINISTRY

One Accord is helping an established Christian church in the Greater Los Angeles area build a complete worship and music ministry.

We are looking for people who want more than an occasional gig. We want musicians and singers who are interested in becoming part of a music family — people who want to worship, grow, build relationships, and become part of the life of the ministry.

PAID CORE POSITIONS

We are seeking dependable musicians for core worship-band positions, including:

Keyboard / Organ

Drums

Bass Guitar

Lead / Acoustic Guitar

Worship Leader / Lead Vocalist

Compensation: $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience, position, and assignment.

These are part-time, long-term positions, not one-time gigs or occasional fill-in work.

Certain lead positions will require greater experience, but we are also interested in gifted musicians who may not yet have been given the right opportunity.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIDDEN TALENT TOO

You do not need a major résumé, industry credits, or years of professional experience to be considered.

Some excellent musicians and singers have spent years in the background and simply have never had the opportunity to step forward.

We want to find that hidden talent.

VOLUNTEER SINGERS & CHOIR MEMBERS

We are also building a choir and background vocal team.

If you sing soprano, alto, tenor, or baritone and simply want an opportunity to sing, worship, grow, and become part of a group, we would like to hear from you.

These are volunteer opportunities. Professional experience is not required.

VOLUNTEER MUSICIANS

We also welcome musicians who simply want to use their gift in worship.

If you play flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, violin, harmonica, percussion, or another instrument, there may be a place for you.

These are volunteer opportunities.

Bring your gift. Bring your instrument. Come make a joyful noise unto the Lord.
