As the Paralegal & Copyright Specialist you will provide essential administrative support to the Business & Legal Affairs department, facilitating smooth operations and safeguarding the legal and financial interests of the company and its artists. • Assisting to draft and review a variety of music industry agreements, including recording, publishing, licensing, and artist contracts, under the direction of counsel. • Tracking and managing contract deadlines, obligations, deliverables, advance triggering events, and recoupment positions within legal databases and internal platforms. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, business affairs, or licensing role within the music or entertainment industry or at an entertainment law firm strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of music licensing, contracts, and intellectual property rights.
