About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized part-time accounts payable clerk to join our corporate office team. This role is primarily data entry focused and is a great fit for someone who enjoys steady, structured work and reliable part-time hours.
Responsibilities
Entering and processing recurring accounts payable, including utilities, rent, and business license payments
Maintaining accurate and organized payment records and filing
Assisting with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Occasionally cross-training with our vendor accounts payable specialist
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Prior office or administrative experience a plus, but not required
Basic computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
