Part Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant (QuickBooks Experience) • Part Time (20 +/- hours per week) • 2302 Atlantic Ave, Raleigh, NC Company Description: We are two companies: Zion Guitar Technology and JBE Pickups. We manufacture electric guitars and pickups for electric guitars. Our Mission: To design and build world-class string instruments and pickups for discriminating musicians. The Job: This is an administrative support position and will be responsible for Order Entry, Inventory monitoring and replenishment, Accounts Payable, and QuickBooks entry/reconciliation. We anticipate the job will take ~20 hours a week with the possibility of going full-time, depending on performance and Company growth.
