Part-time Executive Assistant for Creative Director/Stylist (100% Remo

NYC-based creative director/stylist seeks part time (15-20 hours per week) fully remote Executive Assistant. The assistant in this role will act as her “right hand.” Typical tasks include coordinating client communications, supporting social media campaigns, email management, scheduling, filing, client outreach, research, and general business coordination (phone calls, working with vendors, etc. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, polished, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, organized, and as the principal puts it, “unshakeable.” Required skills: • Impeccable writing and editing ability • Strong communication, including developed phone skills • Tech savvy, particularly with Google Suite, Calendly, social media platforms • Project management and administration • Well versed in art and culture • Client management experience Preferred/Not Required: • Experience in the creative industry (e.g. music, fashion, art, art history, etc.) and/or hospitality industry Applicants must have previous Executive Assistant experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
