Part time Executive assistant: music and media industry

We manage and market musicians and artists , as well as work to support local and International businesses (current clients include businesses in the beauty and restaurant industry). We are looking for a part time executive assistant. The following is importand for success in this position: -meticulous organization, scheduling, and project management ability/experience -ability to keep a lot of moving pieces in order -a strong ability to follow up and follow through on all tasks -ability to transcribe a conversation into a next action and into the greater scope of a project -concisely and quickly communicate -willingness to take initiative and provide solution oriented support for the business in its current and future form -very strong communication skills and listening skills -ideally passionate about and interested in Music, art, marketing and commerce
