POSITION PURPOSE The purpose of this position is to manage the music ministry in order to provide a reverent and beautiful Mass experience for the parishioners at Our Lady of Lourdes. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Collaborates with the Pastor and other staff in implementing the mission of the parish. This is accomplished by selecting music and by recruiting and scheduling musicians for all weekend and other major parish liturgical celebrations. G. Works with parish school music program to support school choirs or music programs. \\- Creates scripts and order of services/celebrations \\- Attends archdiocesan functions as a representative of the parish as needed IV.
