232 Music Studios is a joyful and community-centered music studio in Colorado Springs that specializes in group piano lessons. We believe music has the power to shape lives and that every child deserves an engaging, growth-focused experience. Our unique approach helps students build musical confidence and life skills side by side through our “Beyond the Bench” character development program.
We provide the curriculum, training, and support. You bring your musicality and heart for kids.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring energetic and dependable music instructors who love working with kids and are excited to make an impact through music. You don’t need classroom experience as we’ll train the right person!

You enjoy working with children in a joyful, structured environment
You’re a confident sight-reader (treble + bass clef)
You have a basic understanding of piano technique and music theory
You’re reliable, professional, and a clear communicator
You’re eager to grow as a teacher and musician
What You’ll Do
Teach beginner group piano classes (max 5 students) using our proven curriculum
Focus on sight-reading, technique, rhythm, ear training, and building repertoire
Support each student’s growth as both a musician and person
Show up, teach, and go home—no prep or follow-up required
Schedule & Availability
Afternoon/early evening shifts
Primary need: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 4–7pm, Saturday 9am-Noon
Starting at 3–6 hours per week, with growth opportunities
Compensation & Perks
Starting at $20/hour (with room to grow based on experience and role)
Paid sick time

Supportive admin team—no parent emails or curriculum planning
Requirements
Sufficient piano experience to demonstrate the skill sets listed
Teaching experience is a bonus, but not required
Must be available to teach in person (Colorado Springs)
