Music Leader Job Summary:The Crossroads Music Leader will be a skilled musician with leadership skills able to lead teams of volunteer musicians and play a variety of styles. They should be a highly relational, genuine, and collaborative leader, working alongside the high capacity lay and staff leaders of the church.
