Job Summary:The Crossroads Music Leader will be a skilled musician with leadership skills able to lead teams of volunteer musicians and play a variety of styles. In 2019 our leadership team articulated a vision for reimagining an expression of Christianity grounded in the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:9, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” As peacemakers we see the call to life in Christ as an invitation to participate in the healing and wholeness of our world. The Vision component of EOS keeps 100% of our leadership on the same page with who we are, what we do, where we are going, and how we will get there. The primary purpose of the Programming and Production Team is to serve the mission and vision of Crossroads Church by leading volunteer teams that create simple, high quality, fun weekend worship experiences that are pleasing to all the senses and that inspire people to live as peacemakers in their everyday, normal lives.
