Learn more about us at www.nymcmusic.com but calls or emails to the study will immediately disqualify a candidate from consideration.To Apply Please SendResumeJob DutiesFront Desk staff oversee the student schedule, teacher's schedules, and other tasks including (not limited to):Phone Sales Signing Up People who are interested in our serviceSchedulingDeveloping interpersonal relationships with students, parents, and facultyManaging student and teacher schedules, and upcoming events such as recitalsAnswering phone calls, emails and walk-in inquiries from prospective studentsPlanning and executing high quality company eventsOversight of teacher and student schedulesProfessional Experience 2-3 years of Experience Preferred but not requiredSales or hospitality experience (even if in retail or food)Providing quality customer service via phone and in personCollaborative and independent work environmentsOther SkillsProficiency in Google Drive, Word, Excel,Strong organization, planning and analytical skillsInitiative and ability to workExcellent written and verbal skillsThe New York Musician's Center offers private and group instruction in a variety of instruments for students of all ages.
