Essential Functions (not all-inclusive): Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to the store's success.Promote and market the Music & Arts lesson program.Build connections with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to generate business.Establish strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations based on training.Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.Foster customer loyalty through effective follow-up and support.Assist in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and maintaining displays.Help maintain store security, including keys and alarm codes.Perform additional duties as assigned.Why Choose Music & Arts?
