Join Our Team as a Part-Time Senior Sales Associate!

At Music & Arts, we are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve our sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about music and is motivated to take on senior-level responsibilities in a store environment.

Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):

Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to the store's success.Promote and market the Music & Arts lesson program.Build connections with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to generate business.Establish strong customer relationships and deliver engaging sales presentations based on training.Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.Foster customer loyalty through effective follow-up and support.Assist in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and maintaining displays.Help maintain store security, including keys and alarm codes.Perform additional duties as assigned.Why Choose Music & Arts? Skills, Experience, and Education:

Minimum Requirements:
